1.Before Shipment

Furthermore, during the packing process of the container, we will carry out secondary reinforcement, fix the freezer with wooden strips, and reinforce the sealing tape to ensure that the freezer will not shake during transportation.

2.During Shipment
We will regularly track the shipping schedule information and shipping situation, communicate with the freight forwarding company in a timely manner and give feedback to customers, so that customers can understand the transportation situation of their freezers during the transportation process and make preparations for customs clearance in time.
3.After Shipment Service
We will track the arrival of the goods in time, such as: the packaging is intact, the goods are in good condition, etc. We will do the installation and docking work and various after-sales services for customers in a timely manner.
