How to Use the Supermarket Freezers?

未命名

First, pay attention to whether the location of the freezer is reasonable and whether it is easy to dissipate heat. It is also necessary to check the power supply of the home, whether it is grounded, and whether it is a dedicated line.

Second, the user should carefully read the attached product manual and check each component before use. The commonly used power supply is mostly 220V, 50HZ single-phase AC power supply. During normal operation, the voltage fluctuation is allowed between 187-242V. If the fluctuation is large or fluctuates, it will affect the normal operation of the compressor, and even burn the compressor. .

Third, the freezer should use a single-phase three-hole socket and wire it separately. Pay attention to protect the insulation layer of the power cord, do not put heavy pressure on the wire, and do not change or lengthen the power cord at will.

Fourth, after the inspection is correct, it should be left to stand for 2 to 6 hours before turning on the machine to avoid oil circuit failure (after handling). After turning on the power, carefully listen to whether the sound of the compressor is normal when it starts and runs, and whether there is a sound of pipes colliding with each other. If the noise is too loud, check whether the placement is stable and whether each pipe is in contact, and do corresponding Adjustment. If there is a large abnormal sound, cut off the power immediately and contact professional repair personnel.

Fifth, the load should be reduced when starting to use, because the new running parts have a running-in process. Add a larger amount after running for a period of time, which can prolong the life.

Sixth, when using it for the first time, the food should not be stored too much, and an appropriate space should be left to maintain the circulation of cold air, and try to avoid long-term full-load operation. Hot food should be cooled to room temperature before putting it in, so as not to cause the freezer to stop for a long time. Food should be sealed with a fresh-keeping bag or plastic wrap or placed in an airtight container to prevent the food from getting damp, dehydration, and smell. Food with water should be put in after removing the water, so as not to form too much frost due to the evaporation of a large amount of water. Note that liquids and glassware should not be placed in the freezer to prevent frost cracking and damage. Volatile, flammable chemicals, and corrosive acid-base items should not be placed in order to avoid damage.
